Your ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of new clients.
Guide businesses through onboarding and help them launch high-performing PPC campaigns.
Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote Google Ads solutions.
Identify client goals and offer tailored marketing strategies.
Drive performance, upselling, and long-term client satisfaction.
Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
Languages: Native/C2 Dutch + C1 English (French is a plus)
Education: BA/BS degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communication)
Experience: At least 1.5 years in sales, marketing, or account management
Comfortable using CRM systems and AI-based outreach tools
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proactive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
Understanding of local culture, business practices, and GDPR regulations
Skilled in stakeholder management and strategic relationship building
Capable of identifying new opportunities and tracking ROI performance
Full-time (39h/week) hybrid role in Barcelona
Salary: 23,876 gross/year + up to 3,408 annual bonus
